When we founded CTCAP Group, our goal was clear: to build on our experience and develop wind projects across Germany.

Wind remains the core of our work and the foundation for everything that follows.

Over time, we have expanded into green-powered data infrastructure, keeping pace with technological change.

We also use our own software to plan our projects and support many other aspects of our work – ensuring efficiency and innovation from start to finish.

Das Management

Dr. Arne Scheschonk, born 1978
Managing Partner

Arne is the founder of CTCAP Holding GmbH and has been practicing law since 2008. He has many years of experience in financing and developing energy projects, particularly in the wind sector.

Before founding CTCAP, he worked for international law firms, energy companies, and funds in Germany and across Europe. He lives with his family near Frankfurt and enjoys outdoor activities in the mountains.
Kristian Schachlewitz, born 1979
Managing Partner

Kristian has many years of experience in developing and delivering renewable energy projects.

After graduating from the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen, he began his career in real estate before focusing on wind and solar projects across Europe. In 2009, he founded the Nadeva Group, which he led until 2021, completing projects with a total capacity of over 500 MW. He lives with his family in northern Germany and enjoys riding his Harley Davidson in his free time.
