The CTCAP Group is an owner-managed investment and development company focused on renewable energy, in particular wind power.
Since 2017, we have been investing in wind projects across Germany with an entrepreneurial approach – from greenfield development to operational wind farms ready for repowering. Our founders have many years of experience in financing, developing, and marketing wind farms, with a proven track record of more than 1 gigawatt in realized projects.

Our focus is on acquiring and developing wind energy projects at every stage – from the first planning step to operational wind farms with repowering potential:

‍·  Greenfield projects: We enter early – partnering with local developers or acting as our own developer.

‍·  Permitted projects: We bring capital and expertise to advance projects to construction readiness and beyond.

‍·  Wind farms under construction or in operation: We acquire existing sites, optimize their structures, and unlock potential.

‍·  Repowering & special situations: We are a trusted partner for complex or challenging projects – including those in distressed situations.
